Thank you for shopping with STRYDE WEAR. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
* Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
* Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after payment has been successfully received.
* During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping may become available in the future. Any updates will be published on our website.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
* Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
* Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring they are available to receive their delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
* Courier delays
* Severe weather
* Transport disruption
* Customs procedures (for international orders)
* Public holidays
* High order volumes
STRYDE WEAR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
* Delivery may be delayed.
* The parcel may be returned to us.
* Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed.
8. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.
We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment.
A parcel will only be considered lost after confirmation from the courier’s investigation.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
* Your order number.
* Photographs of the packaging.
* Photographs of the damaged item.
This allows us to investigate and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is refused by the customer or returned because it was not collected from the courier, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges from the refund where permitted by law.
11. Split Shipments
Where necessary, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments initiated by STRYDE WEAR.
12. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (where available), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout.
