At STRYDE WEAR, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

* The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
* The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging are attached.
* The item shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, odours, or alterations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

* Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).
* Gift cards.
* Clearance or final sale items.
* Personalised or custom-made products.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Please include:

* Your order number.
* Your full name.
* The reason for your return.
* Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as STRYDE WEAR cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

* Your order number.
* A description of the issue.
* Clear photographs showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

* A replacement.
* A repair (where appropriate).
* A full or partial refund.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund (where applicable) or store credit.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns procedure.

9. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
